Dear Kentucky Annual Conference Delegates and Visitors,

We are excited about serving you at the 2008 Kentucky Annual Conference in Louisville the week of June 1-4, 2008.  The conference will be held at the Galt House Hotel.

The Louisville District had a wonderful and very spiritual time serving those delegates and visitors to the Conference and is looking forward to serving our conference again this year.  It is again our intent to provide each of you with the comfort and assurance of knowing that you are coming to a part of the connection.  We hope to bless you during the time of conference and have begun to pray for your work and safe travel. 

This year we are inviting persons from across the conference to experience the joy of volunteering at Annual Conference.  We would love to have you and members of your churches serve in this ministry with us.  If you would like to experience God’s work through the volunteer ministry at Annual Conference, please complete the enclosed registration form (download here) and return it to us at the address listed on the form. 

We are expecting to be blessed by your presence and fellowship, our shared worship experience and our time of worshipful work.  The work of the Church is one in which we all are called, and Annual Conference is one of those opportunities in which we connect in order fulfill our call. Come, let’s join together in God’s work.
